I have been so blessed to find Dr Luke Smith at OSSM! He is so caring, taking all the time you require to discuss your situation, asking questions and offering awesome advice. Dr Luke did both my hip replacement surgeries and I couldn't be happier. A wonderful experience. Staff is also so kind and patient, always courteous and helpful.

The Doctor did a thorough job of diagnosing my issue, thoroughly explained my options. He spent the time required to ensure I knew what to expect from my surgery and recovery. The scheduling of my follow-up appointments was easy.

I was seen quickly and Kyle was very informative and took a lot of time going over X-rays to make sure I understood. Also Dr King came in and talked with me to make sure all my questions were answered. The rest of the staff were very pleasant also. I had a good experience.

I went into your facility because I had severe pain in both my shoulders (via urgent care) and I was seen immediately and taken serious, had x-rays and then seen by Chad. He was great and so were all the nurses that I interacted with. I went back for two follow up visits and they went just as smooth.

Dr. King and Kyle Havercroft are very competent and professional. Yet they are friendly and make you feel comfortable. My total shoulder replacement has been a great success and I’m looking forward to life back to normal without pain. If you have any questions; they’re happy to answer them.
