Chris Garrett, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist with 26 years of experience helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. For the past 22 years, he has served the Rathdrum community in private practice and now brings that deep expertise to the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute. Chris specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, neck and spine conditions, and post-surgical recovery.
With a patient-first approach, he creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals—whether getting an athlete back in the game, helping an older adult regain independence, or guiding someone through post-operative rehab. He combines evidence-based techniques with compassionate care to ensure optimal outcomes and stays current through ongoing continuing education.
Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. He’s proud to be part of the OPTI team and is committed to helping patients live stronger, healthier, and more active lives.
