Brian Sharp is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at OPTI in Rathdrum, Idaho. With four years of outpatient experience in Massachusetts and Washington, he brings a broad range of clinical skills to the community.Brian specializes in treating various orthopedic injuries and neurological conditions. He has extensive experience working with patients across all age groups and activity levels — from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals managing chronic pain or post-surgical rehabilitation. 
A personal shoulder surgery sparked Brian’s early interest in the physical therapy field. This firsthand experience continues to shape a compassionate, patient-centered approach that emphasizes functional recovery and long-term wellness.Brian combines hands-on manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and individualized care plans to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of the clinic, Brian enjoys hiking, fishing, and bike riding — activities that reinforce an active lifestyle and provide valuable insight into the goals of active patients in the northwest Idaho region. Brian is committed to helping the local community move and feel better through high-quality, personalized physical therapy.
