Alaina joined the OPTI team after graduating from the Physical Therapist Assistant
program at Spokane Falls Community College. Her path to physical therapy is a little
different than most; after more than two decades of practicing medical massage, she
decided to continue her education and expand her ability to help people recover from
injury, surgery, and the things that keep them from doing what they love.

Alaina brings her years of hands-on experience and her PTA education to every patient
she works with. She believes rehabilitation is about more than treating an injury; it is
about getting to know the person, understanding what matters to them, and helping
them build the confidence and strength to get back to their everyday lives and activities.

Outside of work, Alaina loves staying active and spending time outdoors. She enjoys
CrossFit, running/rucking, rock climbing, backpacking, and volunteering in her
community. She is a strong believer in lifelong learning and is excited to continue
growing as a PTA while helping her patients reach their goals.
