Josh is knowledgeable, consistent and punctual. He lets me know what the plan is at the start of the appointment and often reviews the upcoming appointments to make sure they work for my limited schedule. Would definitely seek him out if you are needing PT!

Excellent service and great people. The gym is always clean and clutter free. My husband and I have been going there (our choice) for 3 or 4 years as we recovered from various surgeries. They have taken very good care of us. I especially love the post workout icing.❤️

I spent the last 7-8 months rehabbing my knee after surgery on my ACL and meniscus with Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable and progressed me smoothly through each stage of recovery. I would highly recommend him to anybody, especially athletes, looking to return back to full strength.

This month I had shoulder surgery to remove sutures and scar tissue from my extensive surgical repair in October. The physical therapist manipulated and stretched my arm and shoulder while the nerve block was still in effect just a couple hours after I came out of Northwest Specialty hospital in Post Falls. I was very impressed with Brian working me in on short notice and it was a positive experience. I live in Sandpoint and needed to keep the stretching up for achieving 100% range of motion. He was able to show my husband what I needed to do at home over the weekend until I could see my local pt.

OPTI is awesome! This is my second time going to them for PT. The first was after my shoulder surgery a few years ago and they did a great job getting me back where I needed to be. Currently, I have had just the first few PT appointments with Tyler Baxter for another issue and I have already improved drastically. I can't recommend them enough!
